Joe Ludlow, MSA, has been the Vice President of Finance at The NEEDS Center since 2021.  Joe is responsible for overseeing general accounting, budgeting and financial reporting.  Joe has a BS in Accounting from Saint Anselm College and a MS in Accounting from Northeastern University. Joe spent the first 10 years of his career working in the audit department of a regional public accounting firm. Joe audited a variety of nonprofit organizations that specialized in the health and human services sector. During this time, Joe gained a vast understanding of nonprofit accounting and financial reporting.
