Kimberly Newton, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Vice President of Human Resources for the NEEDS Center. Kimberly received her bachelor’s degree in education from Northeastern University. Kimberly began her career in Human Services over 30 years ago providing support to individuals with Acquired/Traumatic Brain Injury and then working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Kimberly progressed in her career until 2002 when she made a lateral move into Human Resources where her extensive experience in Human Services gave her a unique perspective that enabled her to recognize the challenges of the industry from an employee’s perspective, and utilizing her experience and knowledge to provide positive solutions.  Kimberly continues to strive to provide a high level of support organization-wide to ensure fairness and consistency while maintaining the highest quality of care provided to the individuals served.
