Assistant Director of Residential Services
Jennifer Pottle, M.Ed is the Assistant Director of Residential Services at the NEEDS Center. Jennifer received her BA in American History from Suffolk University in 2008. Jennifer completed her Master of Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2013. Jennifer began her career in human services working in a residential program while finishing up her undergraduate degree. She worked for several years providing direct care to adults with developmental disabilities and traumatic/acquired brain injuries in residential and day settings. Throughout the last ten years Jennifer has worked in both adult and children’s services here in Massachusetts as well as in the state of New Hampshire.
